一、申請日期：每學期於本所規定日期前，填妥申請表格，向所提出申請。

注意：每年12月份請勿辦理口試(因會計結帳無經費可支給委員費用) !

二、應考條件：

１、須修畢本所全部必修科目，且及格（７０分為及格)，註:英文門檻可於學位考申請前一學期完成即可。

２、應修滿十八學分，抵免學分最多6學分（不含博士畢業論文口試學分）。註：經核准逕修讀博士學位之碩士班研究生，其修讀碩、博士學位期間，合計至少應修畢三十學分（畢業論文口試學分另計），其中在博士班至少應修畢十八學分，可經申請將碩士期間修讀之課程學分(最多6學分)列入博士班18學分中，但請於申請抵免及免修申請期間提出辦理，附註:專題討論恕無法抵免或免修。

３、資格考核應於博士班修業第三學年結束之前完成。

４、請提供校外委員匯款帳戶資料給所辦，一律採由學校會計室匯款給委員方式，口試時不得支給現金。

三、資格考核委員：

１、考核委員：聘請學者、專家五人擔任 (包括召集人、指導教授及校外委員至少占1/3以上)。

２、考核委員若不具助理教授以上資格者，請另附上CV，由所長認定。

３、聘請一名資深教師擔任召集人，但指導教授不得擔任召集人。

４、資格考核委員，如有本人或其配偶、前配偶、四親等內之血親或三親等內之姻親或曾有此關係者參加資格考核之情形時，應自行迴避。

四、資格考核：

１、博士班研究生於口試前撰寫詳細書面論文研究計劃，其題目可與其博士論文相同，於資格考核舉行前一週印妥書面資料繳交給各考試委員，資格考核委員以口試方式考核。

２、資格考核成績以各委員評定成績之平均數計算（一百分為滿分，七十分為通過）。如有三分之一(含)以上委員評定不及格者，即以不及格論。

３、於期限內通過資格考核者，即列名為博士學位候選人。

2. Examination requirements:

1. All compulsory subjects must be completed in our institute and pass (70 is a pass). Note: The English threshold can be completed one semester before the degree application.

2. 18 credits should be taken, and the maximum credits are 6 credits (excluding the oral examination credits for doctoral graduation thesis). Note: Postgraduates in the master’s program approved to pursue a doctoral degree must have completed at least 30 credits in total during their master and doctoral studies (credits for the oral examination of graduation thesis are not included), of which at least 18 must be completed in the doctoral program Credits can be applied to include course credits (maximum 6 credits) taken during the master’s degree into the 18 credits of the doctoral program, but please apply for credit and exemption during the application period. Note: The topic discussion cannot be credited or exempted.

3. The qualification assessment should be completed before the end of the third academic year of the doctoral program.

4. Please provide the remittance account information of the members outside the school to the office. All remittances will be made to the members from the school accounting office. Cash is not allowed during the oral examination.

3. Qualification assessment committee:

1. Evaluation committee: hire five scholars and experts to serve (including convener, instructor, and external members at least 1/3).

2. If the appraisal committee member does not have the qualifications of assistant professor or above, please attach the CV, which will be recognized by the director.

3. Hire a senior teacher as the convener, but the instructor shall not be the convener.

4. Qualification assessment committee members should evade themselves if they or their spouse, former spouse, blood relatives within the fourth relatives or in-laws within the third relatives, or those who have such relationships participate in the qualification assessment.

4. Qualification assessment:

1. Before the oral examination, doctoral students should write a detailed written thesis research plan. The topic can be the same as that of the doctoral thesis. The written information should be printed and submitted to each examination committee one week before the qualification examination. The qualification examination committee will be assessed by an oral examination.

2. Qualification assessment results are calculated based on the average of each committee’s assessment results (100 points is a perfect score, 70 points is passed). If more than one-third (including) of the members fail the assessment, it shall be deemed as failing.

3. Those who pass the qualification assessment within the time limit are listed as candidates for doctoral degree.
