一、 博士班四年級以上的學生，於修業年限內，必須進行「論文研究進度報告」一次，其其課程名稱依年級分為：論文研究(博四)、論文研究(博五)、論文研究(博六)。(註:指導教授得要求其指導的學生每學年進行一次論文研究)。
二、 未依規定舉行進度報告者於當學年「論文研究」科目（必修 0學分）給予 0 分且無法申請學位考。
三、 論文研究課程採委員會議(進度報告)方式進行，請自行跟所有的指導教授報告，並召開委員會議，論文研究口試委員含指導教授共計 3 名，報告後請指導教授將評分表件裝於信封袋傳至臨醫所所辦公室。
四、論文研究成績滿分為 100 分，及格成績為 70 分。
