碩士(專)班研究生逕修讀博士學位辦法
一、本辦法依教育部「大學碩士班研究生逕修讀博士學位辦法」及本校「碩士班研究生逕修讀博士學位作業規定」訂定之。
二、申請條件：修讀臨床醫學研究所碩士(專)班學生，申請逕修讀博士學位須由本所助理教授級以上師資及研究生論 文指導 教授各一人推薦為具有高度研究潛力者，醫師身分學生須徵得臨床工作醫院同意。
三、名額以當學年度註冊組公布為限。
四、申請逕修讀博士學位研究生，應於申請截止日前，檢具以下資料送交本所：
1.逕修讀博士學位申請書。
2.碩士(專)班歷年成績單。
3.助理教授級以上二人推薦書。
4.工作醫院同意書(非醫師免附)。
5.其他參考資料(例如：已投稿或投稿中論文，此項若無則免附)。
經本所舉行所務會議通過(必要時得辦理甄試)，校長核定並報教育部備查後，得逕行修讀博士學位。
五、經核定准予逕修讀博士學位之碩士生，非經申請撤銷逕修資格，不得再參加碩士班學位考試。
六、逕修讀博士學位之研究生因故中止修讀博士學位或未 通過 博士學位候選人資格考核，經所務會議審查通過，校長核定後，得再回碩士班就讀。前項研究生依規定修畢碩士班應修課程，提出論文，經碩士學位考試委員會考試通過者，授予碩士學位，其在博士班修業時間不併入碩士班最高修業年限核計。
七、經核准逕修讀博士學位之碩士班研究生，於碩士班修讀期間修讀及格之科目，得經審核後，准予免修。其修讀碩、博士學位期間，合計至少應修畢三十學分（不含博士畢業論文口試學分） ，其中在博士班至少應修畢十八學分，可經申請將碩士期間修讀之學分(最多6學分)列為博士班18學分中，但請於申請抵免及免修申請期間提出辦理， 附註:專題討論恕無法抵免或免修。
八、逕修讀博士學位研究生修業期滿， 通過 博士學位候選人資格考核，但未 通過 博士學位考試，其博士學位論 文經 博士學位考試委員會決定合乎碩士學位標準者，得授予碩士學位。
九、本辦法經教務會議通過後實施，修正時應依行政程序陳報教務長核定。
| APPLICATION FOR PH.D. PROGRAM Methods for Master’s (Special) Class Graduates to Study for Doctoral Degree1. These regulations are formulated in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s “Administrative Measures for Postgraduates Studying for Doctoral Degrees in University Master’s Programs” and our school’s “Regulations for Postgraduates’ Studying for Doctoral Degrees in Master’s Programs”. 2. Application requirements: students in the master’s (specialized) class of the Institute of Clinical Medicine, who apply for a doctorate degree must be recommended by the assistant professor level or above and the postgraduate thesis instructor of the institute as a student with high research potential and a doctor status. Obtain the consent of the clinical working hospital. 3. The number of places is limited by the announcement of the registration group of the school year. 4. To apply for PhD graduate students, the following materials should be submitted to the institute before the application deadline : 1. The application form to study for a doctoral degree . 2. Past transcripts of the master’s ( specialized ) class. 3. Recommendations from two persons above the assistant professor level . 4. Consent from the working hospital ( exempt for non-physicians ) . 5. Other reference materials ( for example: submitted papers or papers in submission, if this item is not available, it is exempted ) . After the approval of the executive meeting held by the firm (if necessary, the examination may be conducted), the principal may approve it and report it to the Ministry of Education for future reference, before proceeding to study for a doctoral degree. 5. Master’s students who have been approved for path study for Ph.D. cannot participate in the master’s degree examination unless they have revoked their qualification for path study. 6. Postgraduates who are studying for a Ph.D. who suspend their PhD studies or fail to pass the qualification examination for Ph.D. candidates will be allowed to go back to the master’s class after they have been reviewed and approved by the executive meeting and approved by the principal. The graduate students mentioned in the preceding paragraph have completed the required courses for the master’s program and submitted a thesis. Those who have passed the examination of the master’s examination committee will be awarded a master’s degree. 7. Postgraduates who have been approved to study for a doctorate degree in the master’s degree program, who have studied passing subjects during the master’s degree program, may be exempted after being reviewed. During the period of studying for the master and doctoral degree, a total of at least 30 credits should be completed (excluding the credits for the oral examination of the doctoral graduation thesis), of which at least 18 credits should be completed in the doctoral class, and the credits taken during the master’s degree can be applied for ( (Maximum 6 credits) are listed as the 18 credits of the doctoral program, but please apply for credit and exemption during the application period. Note: There is no credit or exemption for seminars. 8. At the expiration of the postgraduate study period for Ph.D. candidates, who have passed the qualification examination for doctoral degree candidates, but have not passed the doctoral degree examination, and their doctoral degree essays are determined by the doctoral degree examination committee to meet the master’s degree standards, they may be awarded a master’s degree.9. This method shall be implemented after the approval of the Academic Affairs Conference, and when amended, it shall be reported to the Dean of Academic Affairs for approval in accordance with the administrative procedures. |
