臨床醫學研究所指導教授選填辦法

一、 每學年於期末時,所辦統計出每位教師可招收學生的員額。

專任教師
一、每年可指導學生點數為6點,「博士班學生為2點、碩士(專)班學生為1點,最多可流用2點」;指導碩博士學生累計總數以20名為限,且所指導之碩二及博四以上學生人數不得超過10名,若有超過則該年停收學生。
二、每學年出席專題討論和論文研究課程次數至少應達一半。出席率未達1/2者,次學年收學生點數減為一半,即僅能有3點;出席率未達1/4者,僅能收1名學生(碩、博不限)。
三、專任教師點數獎勵及借用辦法:
1.本所專任教師若擔任一級主管(含)以上職務(陽明大學、榮民總醫院、建教合作學校,則可再額外增加2點,直至該教師卸下其主管職務。
2. 本所主開課程教師且至少有一門課程親自授課時數占該課程總時數1/2以上,可再增加2點。
3.若點數不足時可自行向尚有空缺的老師商議借用,點數借用須填寫申請單,向所辦核備方可借用。
4.專任教師每學期參與所務會議至少需逾1/3,且每學年參與招生口試或招生審查至少需一次,否則擬扣除指導學生員額之點數1點;全勤教師可再加2點。
5.派駐於中榮、高榮、秀傳協助本所招生及行政事務之合聘及兼任教師,指導學生規則視同專任教師。
6.曾任本所所長者,其卸任後若仍擔任本所合聘教師,六年內指導學生規則視同專任教師。
合聘教師
一、於本所授課及參加專題討論之合聘教師每年可指導學生點數為3點,(博士班學生為2點、碩士(專)班學生為1點,最多可流用2點);指導碩博士學生累計總數以6名為限。
二、本所合聘教師每學年出席專題討論和論文研究課程次數至少應達一半,出席率未達1/2者,僅能收1名學生(碩、博不限)。
三、院士級以上合聘教師不受限制。
四、派駐於中榮、高榮、秀傳協助本所招生及行政事務之合聘教師,指導學生規則視同專任教師。
五、本所主開課程教師且至少有一門課程親自授課時數占該課程總時數1/2以上,可再增加2點。
兼任教師
一、於本所授課及參加專題討論之兼任教師每年可指導研究生名額為一碩或是一博,指導碩博士學生累計總數以4名為限。若連續兩年未參與教學,或出席專題討論和論文研究課程次數未達1/4者,則下一年度不能再收學生。
二、院士級以上兼任教師不受限制。
三、派駐於中榮、高榮、秀傳協助本所招生及行政事務之兼任教師,指導學生規則視同專任教師。四、本所主開課程教師且至少有一門課程親自授課時數占該課程總時數1/2以上,可再增加2點。
專案教師比照合聘教師辦法辦理。

二、   每學年暑假安排選擇指導教授之實驗室介紹會,讓臨醫所專任、合聘及兼任教師介紹專長,以便學生於會議結束後選擇指導教授,未與會之學生或教師視為主動棄權且同意該次介紹會所有宣佈事項。

三、   選填指導教授之方式分成兩階段進行,一律於兩階段規定時間內結束作業。

四、   第一階段採配對制,即於介紹會結束後宣布之規定期限內,學生與教師均繳交志願表,學生僅能選填一名教師為其志願,若學生與老師的志願相符,即配對成功,若有教師或學生未於期限內繳交第一階段志願表,即視為棄權論。

五、   待第一階段時間結束後,將交由所辦及所長輔導學生進行第二階段志願配對。

六、   第一指導教授須為本所教師,若學生欲增添第二或第三共同指導教授(註:第二或第三指導教授可為非本所聘任教師),必須與第一指導教授討論,經所有指導教授簽名同意後,將名單送交本所查存,否則為無效論。

七、  學生所選定之指導教授,為畢業發表論文的主要通訊作者。

八、  自入學後至第一學期結束前,於實際參與該實驗室後,若有志趣不符者,經第一指導教授同意後,可更換一次第一指導教授,並以更換一次為限,必須繳交名單並經原第一指導教授簽名同意,將名單送交本所查存,否則為無效論。

九、  學生選課結束後必須列印選課單,且經指導教授簽章後送至所辦。

十、   本所學生選擇之指導教授可為非所內專任、合聘、兼任教師之例外規定:若本所學生程度極佳且第一指導教授必須選擇非本所之指導教授,其所選定之指導教授必須為國(內)外相當知名之學者或院士,且須先向本所提出書面申請並經本所所務會議投票通過後,方可允許此例外規定。

Method for selecting guidance professors of the Institute of Clinical Medicine

1. At the end of each academic year, the statistics of the number of posts each teacher can recruit students.

Full-time teachers
1. The number of instructing students per year is 6 points, “2 points for doctoral students, 1 point for master (special) students, and a maximum of 2 points”; the total number of instructing master and doctoral students is limited to 20 , And the number of students who are instructed by Master 2 and Ph. 4 students shall not exceed 10. If there are more than that, the admission of students will be suspended for that year. 
2. At least half of the number of attending seminars and thesis research courses in each academic year. Those who have an attendance rate of less than 1/2, the number of students admitted in the next academic year will be reduced by half, that is, only 3 points; those who have an attendance rate of less than 1/4 can only accept 1 student (not limited to master or doctoral degree). 
3. Full-time teacher points rewards and borrowing methods:
1. If our full-time teachers hold first-level supervisor (inclusive) or higher positions (Yangming University, Veterans General Hospital, construction education cooperative school, you can add an additional 2 points until the teacher Removal of his supervisory position.
2. The main course teacher of this institute and at least one course taught in person accounted for more than 1/2 of the total hours of the course, and an additional 2 points can be added.

4. Full-time teachers must participate in the office meeting at least 1/3 each semester, and participate in the oral examination or enrollment every academic year At least one review is required, otherwise 1 point will be deducted for the student post; full-time teachers can add 2 points.
5. Assigned to Zhongrong, Gaorong, and Xiu Chuan to assist the joint and part-time teachers of admissions and administrative affairs of our institute , The rules for guiding students are regarded as full-time teachers.
6. If the elders who have served in our institute are still serving as joint teachers of our institute after resignation, the rules for guiding students within six years are regarded as full-time teachers.
Co-employed teachers
1. Co-employed teachers who teach in our institute and participate in seminars can guide students to 3 points per year, (2 points for doctoral students, 1 point for masters (special) students, and up to 2 points can be used) ); The total number of supervising master and doctoral students is limited to 6. 
2. The number of joint teachers of our institute should attend at least half of the seminars and thesis research courses in each academic year. Those whose attendance rate is less than 1/2 can only admit 1 student (not limited to masters and doctors). 
3. There is no restriction on the joint appointment of teachers at the academician level or above. 
4. Co-employed teachers who are stationed in Zhongrong, Gaorong, and Xiu Chuan to assist in enrollment and administrative affairs of our institute, and instruct students to be regarded as full-time teachers. 
5. The main course teacher of this institute and at least one course of personal teaching accounted for more than 1/2 of the total hours of the course, which can be increased by 2 points.
Part-time teachers
1. Part-time teachers who teach in our institute and participate in seminars can guide the number of graduate students to one master or one doctoral degree each year, and the total number of supervising master and doctoral students is limited to 4. If you have not participated in teaching for two consecutive years, or have attended seminars and thesis research courses less than a quarter, no more students will be admitted in the next year. 
2. Part-time teachers above the academician level are not restricted. 
3. Part-time teachers stationed in Zhongrong, Gaorong, and Xiuchuan to assist in enrollment and administrative affairs of our institute, and instruct students to be regarded as full-time teachers. 4. The main course teacher of this institute has at least one course in person teaching more than 1/2 of the total hours of the course, and 2 more points can be added.
Project teachers shall be handled in accordance with the method for co-employed teachers.

2. In the summer of each academic year, a laboratory introduction meeting for selecting advisors will be arranged, so that full-time, co-employed and part-time teachers of the clinical clinic can introduce their expertise, so that students can choose advisors after the meeting. Students or teachers who are not present are deemed to have voluntarily abstained and Agree to all the announcements of the briefing.

3. The method of selecting an instructor is divided into two stages, and all assignments are completed within the specified time of the two stages.

4. The first stage adopts the matching system, that is, within the prescribed time limit announced after the introduction meeting, both the student and the teacher submit the volunteer form, and the student can only fill in one teacher as the volunteer. If the student and the teacher match the volunteers, That is, if the matching is successful, if a teacher or student fails to submit the first stage volunteer form within the deadline, it will be regarded as a waiver.

5. After the first stage is over, the office and the director will guide the students for the second stage of voluntary matching.

6. The first instructor must be the teacher of the institute. If the student wants to add a second or third co-advising professor (Note: the second or third instructor can be a teacher not appointed by the institute), he must discuss with the first instructor , After all the advisors have signed and agreed, the list will be sent to the Institute for checking, otherwise it will be invalid.

7. The instructor selected by the student is the main corresponding author of the graduation thesis.

8. From enrollment to the end of the first semester, after the actual participation in the laboratory, if there is a disagreement, the first instructor can be replaced once with the consent of the first instructor, and the change is limited to one time. Submit the name list and get the signature and approval of the original first advisor, and send the list to the Institute for checking, otherwise it will be invalid.

9. After finishing the course selection, students must print out the course selection sheet and send it to the school after being signed by the instructor.

10. The instructor selected by the students of our institute can be a full-time, joint-employed or part-time teacher of the institute. Exceptions: if the students of this institute are very good and the first instructor must choose a non-instructor of the institute, the chosen one The instructing professor must be a well-known scholar or academician at home and abroad, and must first submit a written application to the firm and pass a vote at the office of the firm before allowing this exception.
